Increasing Morale With Employee Swag

Everyone loves free swag and your employees are no exception.  Whether you gift your employees with a cool branded hat, sunglasses with your company colors, or a koozie for the annual company picnic, it is a gesture that goes a long way.  See just how a little swag can improve your company culture and increase morale.

Break the ice.  For a new employee coming in on their first day, you can have a little company starter pack waiting for them--maybe a t-shirt, water bottle, and sticker.  Walking in on the first day and seeing a little package waiting for them at their desk can make all the difference in making them feel welcomed and show you care.

Recognize achievements. Little goodies for a job well done on a project show your employees you appreciate them.  Creating a rewards program can serve as a little competition and boost motivation. It feels nice to get a little pat on the back and even nicer when there are gifts involved.
